Payment Terms:
Payment must be made at the time of purchase with Visa or MasterCard. RaineyBattery.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. All pricing is subject to change. RaineyBattery.com reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping and handling charges are added at time of checkout. You must notify RaineyBattery.com within seven (7) days of the date of your receipt acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong, or damaged. Items will only be sold and shipped to the continental United States. Items will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, depending on which is most efficient at time order is ready. North Carolina Residents are subject to an applicable 7.75% sales tax. RaineyBattery.com will strive to ship all items within 48 hours. However, if any item cannot be shipped within this time period, notification will be made to the purchaser within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations or Changes:
Before placing an order, please ensure the product you are ordering is correct! Orders cancelled after product has been shipped from RaineyBattery.com, will be subject to our "Exchange/Return" policies and fees.

Exchanges, Returns & Discontinued Products:
MOTORCYCLE / ATV / JET SKI LEAD ACID BATTERIES:
RaineyBattery.com will exchange all Motorcycle / ATV / Jet Ski lead acid batteries for a different size from the same manufacturer, within Seven (7) days of receiving your order. Higher price differences between lead acid battery part numbers will be charged to customer. Lower price differences between lead acid battery part numbers will be credited to customer for future purchases. In the event your lead acid battery is incorrect, please call or Email us to receive a valid RMA number before returning any product. Please ensure Exchange items are in their original and unused condition. Acid packs must have factory seal and battery seal must be in original position. The items must include all original undamaged packaging, fasteners and product instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred with an Exchange. In the event you decide to just Return your order (without exchange), there is an industry standard 20% Re-Stocking Fee. You must obtain a valid RMA Number before returning your product. RaineyBattery.com will refuse any package without an RMA Number. The package will be returned to you with No Store Credit issued.

Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging. There¿s a good chance it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to RaineyBattery.com. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your Exchange being refused. Please apply the correct amount of Insurance on all return shipments for Exchanges or Returns, as we're not responsible for goods received damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you will be charged to send them back to you!

There are absolutely no Exchanges on any products that have been opened, tampered with or installed.

ALL OTHER ITEMS:
RaineyBattery.com will not accept any returns without prior approval and an RMA number. Please call or email us to receive a valid RMA number before returning any product. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused. Requests for Returns must be made within seven (7) days from receipt of goods. Refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred with a Return.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, fasteners, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged during shipment. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges.

All returns or exchanges must be received within seven (7) business days from the date the RMA is issued. Any returned items that do not follow the general guidelines will be returned with No Store Credits issued.

Discontinued Items:
In the event you order an item that is out of stock and has been discontinued we will notify you by email first, then by phone if you do not respond to the email within 48 hrs. RaineyBattery.com reserves the right to exchange your original order with a newer item or product that the manufacturer has replaced the discontinued product with. If you should decide to Cancel the order for that item or to Exchange for an item of lesser value, the entire balance will be applied as a store credit.
Defective Merchandise:
All merchandise is warranted by the product manufacturer against manufacturing defects under their guidelines:
* Motorcycle / ATV / Jet Ski batteries = 90 day for manufacturer defects.
* Sealed Lead Acid batteries = 6 month for manufacturer defects.
* Battery Chargers = 12 month for manufacturer defects.
* Battery Testers = 6 month for manufacturer defects.
* 2-way radio batteries = 6 month for manufacturer defects.
* Alkaline batteries = Meet required voltage at date of receipt.
* Cables / Ends / Connectors / Accessories / Storage = Meet required design characteristics at date of receipt.
* Booster Cables / Flashlights = 30 days for manufacturer defects.

Please be sure to save the original Invoice, as it will be needed for the manufacturer in the event of a warranty claim.
